Trousers, chinos & jeans
Hems, tapers, waist, seat and rise — including original-hem denim so the finish remains factory-true.

A visiting atelier for shirts, trousers, jeans, chinos, jackets and coats. We measure on you, collect the garment, and return it finished — anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Cavendish was founded for men who dress for rooms that notice — chambers, trading floors, weddings, hotels — and who will not spend a lunch hour under fluorescent light.
Every fitter is trained to pin on the body, in the shoes you actually wear. The cloth then travels to workrooms in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. You see it next when it comes back finished.

Hems, tapers, waist, seat and rise — including original-hem denim so the finish remains factory-true.
Sleeve length, body suppression and shoulder balance for lounge, travel and city tailoring.
Collar, cuff, side and length work on cotton, poplin, twill and evening shirts.
Choose a two-hour window. A fitter comes to your home, office or hotel — seven days, from 7am. Send a request with a preferred day and window; we confirm by email.
We pin on the body, not on a form. Notes are taken for cloth, lining, and how you actually wear the piece.
Garments leave with us the same visit. Work is completed in our London and regional workrooms.
Delivered back to the same address, hung and pressed. A second visit is arranged if the cloth needs it.
Men’s formal and smart-casual only. If it belongs in a boardroom, a kirk, a dining room or a City lift, it belongs with us.
Isle of Dogs, London“They arrived at my Canary Wharf flat, pinned three suits, and had them back before a client dinner on Thursday. The taper on the charcoal was exact — not skinny, just clean.”
Edinburgh & the Borders“Eight groomsmen, four cities, one wedding in the Borders. Cavendish coordinated the lot. Nobody looked hired. Everybody looked intended.”
Middle Temple“I work circuit and have no patience for high-street queues. A fitter came to chambers. The robes were left alone; the lounge suits were not. That is the distinction.”
Mayfair hotel group“Our duty managers live in their navy suits. The corporate programme means every new starter is measured in week one. Complaints about “the trousers again” have simply stopped.”
