We come to you. Twice.
Once to measure and collect. Once to return the work. You need a doorway, twenty minutes, and the shoes you will wear with the garment.
Book a visit
Choose a two-hour window. A fitter comes to your home, office or hotel — seven days, from 7am. Send a request with a preferred day and window; we confirm by email.
Measure on you
We pin on the body, not on a form. Notes are taken for cloth, lining, and how you actually wear the piece.
We take it away
Garments leave with us the same visit. Work is completed in our London and regional workrooms.
Returned, pressed
Delivered back to the same address, hung and pressed. A second visit is arranged if the cloth needs it.
Before we arrive
Wear the piece. Wear the shoes. If it is a jacket, wear the shirt that belongs with it. Have a second option in the same family if you are unsure of length — we can pin both.
You will receive the fitter’s name and photograph that morning. They carry a Cavendish card, public liability cover, and a DBS check. They will not ask to be left alone in the house.
Payment is card or wallet at collection, or invoice for account clients. We do not take cash.
