Booking a visit is a request, not a completed contract, until we confirm the window. Prices on the site include VAT and are guides; the fitter will confirm the figure before collection. The £30 visit fee, credited in full when work reaches £120; the minimum order is £60 per collection.
Risk in the garment passes to us on collection and returns to you on delivery. We hold goods-in-trust cover. If a piece is lost, we will settle at current comparable retail, not sentimental value. If work is not as pinned, we recut once at no charge where the cloth allows.
Cancellations inside two hours of the window may retain the visit fee. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland keep their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent.
