Houses & hotels

A wardrobe programme, not a per-trouser panic.

Hotels, chambers, funds and family offices keep colleagues on file. We measure at induction, collect on a standing day, and invoice monthly.

Standing collection

A named weekday. Staff entrance or post room. Hung return, tagged to the wearer.

Pattern cards

Chest, waist, preferred break, watch hand. Held under UK GDPR. Updated when the body changes.

Onboarding

New starters measured in week one so the uniform is not a first-month apology.

Seasonal cloth

Winter coating and summer hop-sack swapped without a high-street errand.

Thirty-day terms

PO, VAT invoice, a single named account manager.

Wedding & events

Groomsmen, boards, and black-tie rooms coordinated across cities.

Corporate & hotel terms

Corporate and hotel uniform alterations, across the UK.

A programme brings a fitter to your building rather than sending colleagues to a counter. Suits, jackets, trousers, waistcoats, shirts and coats are pinned on the wearer, collected the same visit and returned hung, pressed and tagged to the person.

Who it is for

Hotels & hospitality →

Front-of-house suits, waistcoats and coats for hotel teams, collected from the staff entrance on a standing day.

Offices & chambers

Fittings in a meeting room or at reception, so most colleagues are back at their desks within half an hour.

Events & boards

Black tie for a dinner, or a board photographed together: several people fitted on one visit, returned as a set.

Corporate questions
What counts as a corporate programme?

Five or more garments or people per visit, at one workplace. On an agreed programme the £30 visit fee is waived and work is at list price less 10%.

How is a programme invoiced?

Monthly, on 30-day terms, against a purchase order, with a VAT invoice.

Can you come on the same day each week?

Yes. A standing collection day — for example a Tuesday — can be held for your building, with collection from reception, the post room or a staff entrance.

Do you keep colleagues’ measurements on file?

Yes. Each colleague has a pattern card (chest, waist, preferred break and similar notes), held under UK GDPR and updated when it needs to be. Measurements are deleted on request, and otherwise in line with our privacy notice.

Can you cover offices in more than one city?

Yes. We cover the entire UK. Express turnaround (about 72 hours) is available for simpler work in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, Belfast; elsewhere standard turnaround of 7–10 working days applies.

Do you alter women’s uniforms?

No. Our workrooms specialise in men’s formal and smart-casual tailoring, so a programme covers men’s suits, jackets, trousers, waistcoats, shirts and coats only.

Who comes into our building?

A named fitter, confirmed by email beforehand. Every visiting fitter is DBS-checked, holds public liability cover to £2m and carries a Cavendish identity card.

How do we start?

Send a request with the number of colleagues or garments and your address. We reply by email within one working day to arrange a first visit and agree the programme.
